The "Red Ball" program of the Rhodian Tennis Club is aimed at children aged 4 to 8 and is the ideal first contact with the sport of tennis. Aiming at having fun and cultivating sports literacy, the program strengthens children's self-confidence and interest in tennis. The "Green Ball" program of the Rhodian Tennis Club is aimed at children aged 9-10 and offers two different routes depending on the assessment of their abilities and their personal preferences.<\/div><\/header>

Option A: 3-4 training sessions per week with the aim of continuously improving the child's technique, emphasizing the development of basic skills.<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Option B: 4-5 training sessions per week for children who wish to progress to competitive tennis. In addition to technique, this program also incorporates tactical analysis of the game, preparing children for their first competitive experiences.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
