The Rhodes Tennis Association (ROA) is honored to host the international ITF Juniors J60 Rhodes Open tournament, a high-level event that brings talented male and female athletes under the age of 18 to our island from every corner of the globe.
The competitive action begins tomorrow, Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 March, with the qualifying matches, while the main draw will premiere on Monday 16 March.
Statement by ROA President, Mr. Vasilis Arapis:“It is our great pleasure and responsibility to welcome athletes from all over the world to Rhodes for another year. The J60 Rhodes Open is not just a tennis event, but a celebration of sports that places our island on the international tennis map. This year, we are particularly proud that alongside the top names in the world junior rankings, we will also see our own children, male and female athletes from Rhodes competing, as well as some of the best Greeks under 18. We invite everyone from Rhodes to come to our facilities, applaud the efforts of all the children and enjoy high-level tennis.”
